KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:崗位職責：
? To support the implementation of Basic Education project activities, contributing to design, planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation; 支持實施互滿愛社區(qū)幼兒班項目，為項目設(shè)計、規(guī)劃、預算、監(jiān)督和評估做出貢獻和支持。
? Provide technical support for project partners and monitor the progress of the project through regular project site visits; 為項目合作伙伴提供技術(shù)支持，并配合開展定期的項目現(xiàn)場訪問監(jiān)測項目進展;
? To support the Senior Project Officer in the planning and preparation of high quality donor reports and funding proposals.支持**項目官員在項目計劃，實施，項目合作伙伴報告等，同時在項目籌資方面進行必要的支持。
? To assist the Senior Project Officer in preparation of project budgets, financial reports and forecasts and in monitoring and strengthening financial accountability at project management level; 協(xié)助**項目主管做好項目預算、財務(wù)報告和預測，并在項目管理層面監(jiān)督和加強財務(wù)問責
? To assist and help local project solve issues/problems 幫助實地項目經(jīng)理解決遇到的各種問題及困難，確保項目按照計劃實施。
? Become aware of current policy and practices regarding rural education situation for children at national and provincial levels; 了解當前國家和省級兒童農(nóng)村教育狀況的政策和做法
? To support project director and the POF Team on the communications needs of the organization, helping with reports and case studies that will support fundraising or other needs;幫助項目主任及幼兒班項目團隊在溝通交流方面，同時在報告，學習，籌款等方面進行必要的幫助
? To provide necessary support to other components within the whole organization when required.提供其它必要的幫助，在整個機構(gòu)和其它項目的工作。
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 崗位要求
? A professional qualification at Bachelor level. e.g. early education, health education, or social work; 本科以上學歷。例如學前教育、健康教育或社會工作
? Ability to effectively communicate with people of different backgrounds, including in rural areas of project sites; 能夠有效地與不同背景的人進行溝通，包括在項目地點的農(nóng)村地區(qū);
? Excellent professional and personal communication skills, and analytical skills; **的專業(yè)和個人溝通技巧，分析能力
? Good report writing skills;良好的報告寫作技巧
? Willing and be able to travel extensively and regularly to project sites 愿意并能夠經(jīng)常出差到項目地點
? Fluent Mandarin and Basic English both spoken and in written;流利普通話和基礎(chǔ)英語口語和書面表達能
